Red Bull Studio Roundup: Grietfest / Red Bull Studio CT Exclusive Mixes
GRIETFEST 2011 saw 2200 people letting loose on Townhall Street, with 3 stages packed with tremendous local dance DJ talent! 3 years and still going strong, GRIET is back for the second time with their showstopper annual festival presented by Olmeca! SA’s first electro music festival has now teamed up with Beanstalk (Balkanology, Nu World) and Science Frikshun the gatekeepers to Jozi’s Drum n Bass underbelly, to bring you 5 stages of all types of musical glory!
This year Grietfest continues its legacy with a staggering 5 dancefloors featuring a gobsmacking lineup with acts such as HAEZER, PHfat, Niskerone, Sibot, Trumpdisco and many, many more, who will be taking over Newtown on the 16th of September for a night of hedonistic mayhem. In celebration and support of Grietfest, the Red Bull Studio Cape Town will be hosting exclusive DJs mixes from a selection of the acts playing this year!
So far the Red Bull Studio has release 4 mixes by both up and coming and established acts, Phizicizt, RudeOne, liver and El-Phonix (and a SNEAKY NEW release by Haezer), which you can listen to and download below:
