People that let themselves slide

This has to be one of my biggest irritations in life… People who let themselves slide. You all know what I’m talking about! Remember that ex-girlfriend who got a little bit too comfy in the relationship and proceeded to pack on the pounds and stop shaving the moustache, which you never knew that she had up until that point?! Yup let those memories wash over you.

This phenomenon is not confined to only those with 2 X chromosomes in their DNA chains. There are guys out there who were once school heroes and hoggers of all the mooiness because of their sportsman like bodies who now have boeps bigger than those found down in the Oom Piets Lekker Liquor Retailers in the lovely town of Palaborwa (I know, where the hell is Palaborwa anyway?).

To be fair, some people don’t start off hot… they’re just plainly against taking pride in themselves. A prime example is the old Coloured tannie that is working at the bank with the nice wispy moustache/little curly hairs on the chin and eyebrows that resemble wild furry caterpillars.

Now I know that not everyone can be Giselle, but at least work with what you’ve got- even if it is just a little bit. And yes I do know that she might have facial hair because of hormones, stress or the work of satan but I mean surely its nothing that a little bit of wax cant sort out?! What makes this whole thing worse is the fact that she had a ring on her finger and it just makes you wonder- what the hell does her husband think about her vibe and secondly, how low are his standards???! I mean, I know girls who aren’t exactly bangers but because they take care of themselves- I look at them a little differently and think… Hmm, I would.

Seriously, there is no reason for you to come home and check your mooiness sitting there all manky and in her pj’s- have a shower putting on some smellies and maybe even give the neither regions a bit of trim making it more inviting… It really is the small things that make a difference. Call me shallow but I think the least you can do is take a little bit of pride in yourself, come on- WE ALL have to look at you too! If not for yourself- do it for us… Please!
