Man Uses $25 Million Wrongful Conviction Payoff To Build Street Gang – Immediately Gets Arrested

payoff shoots legs

Easy money usually leads to people losing their minds and doing silly things – silly things like using a payout to fund the creation of a full on street gang. After receiving a $25 million pay off for a wrongful conviction, Thaddeus ‘T.J.’ Jimenez embarked on a life of crime investing his money in building a street gang called the Simon City Royals. He would just spend his time cruising around the city in his car, bragging about his gang, guns and money while listening to Opera. In the video below you get to see him floss a little bit and then for some bizarre reason, shoot some random dude in the leg.

The footage was used as evidence in a case against him and TJ is now scheduled to spend 9 years in jail as a result. A bit of a waste of $25 million in my opinion, but hey, not everyone is as financially savvy as I am. Also not everyone uses their money to build a full blown street gang.
