MyCityByNight started out as the brainchild of two like-minded 20-something Cape Town guys (Ricky Bynight & Kreg) with a penchant for partying and all things cool. Based on a shared life philosophy of “Dream Big” the MyCityByNight blog became a place where our lives, places that we go to and the interesting people we meet along the way could be represented in full unedited online spendor.

In 2010 the addition of older and debatebely wiser, Stacky sent MyCityByNight firmly down the path to blogging grandeur with a more well rounded appeal that married our love for partying and music with the entertainment and lifestyle industry.

Since those “humble” beginnings it has become a hub for global youth culture, music, entertainment and lifestyle with a specific focus on Cape Town and later Johannesburg (through the crazy antics of the Jozi late night alumni, Von Lurie and Hidro).

MCBN (as its affectionately known) aims to provide you, our loyal and much loved blog reader, with relevant and sometimes just plain random content that will keep you in the know.
